The WMF Ultimate Stainless Steel Frying Pan is the evolution of the WMF Profi Frying Pan, one of the brand's top-of-the-range frying pans, an ultra-flat frying pan inspired by chefs , designed for a tender and perfectly seared result.

In this new version, they have achieved an ultra-flat bottom for 40% more uniform heating on the cooking surface than most pans on the market, providing even more uniform cooking and excellent results... and in less time!

This stainless steel frying pan, without non-stick coating and made of surgical steel, is an ideal option for those looking for a frying pan with which to fry, sear or sauté all types of food with optimal results, ensuring an even distribution of heat and oil for professional results.

It is worth noting that it is an oven-safe pan (yes, you can roast, roast or heat your recipes in the oven), as well as being compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction.

Por el momento en las pocas veces que la he usado, no logro que no se peguen las cosas, o se me queman un poco, o al la hora de lavarla no logro que no quede manchada. Supongo que requerirá de la correspondiente curva de aprendizaje.

Sarten de acero inoxidable ultraplana WMF

Supercontenta con la sarten, sobre todo para carne. Lo que menos me gusta es lo difícil que resulta quitar el color marrón que se queda después de usarla
