De Buyer presents the Stainless Steel Round Long Mould, designed for making logs, swiss rolls, terrines, cakes, ice cream, cold moulding, making chocolate decorations... Nothing will stop you!
It is made of stainless steel with a total length of 30cm, and is suitable for the oven, refrigerator and freezer.
The two legs at the end seal it and give it stability. You can use it as is, or if you like cakes with a finished design, you can combine it with the Set of 4 Decorative Sheets De Buyer.
