The Prima Matera De Buyer copper sauté (induction) comes in the following measurements:
Diameter | Height | Capacity | Diffuser base | Weight |
16 cm | 5.5 cm | 1 liter | 13.5 cm | 1.13 kg |
20 cm | 5.8 cm | 1.8 liters | 17.5 cm | 1.48 kg |
24 cm | 6.6 cm | 3 liters | 22 cm | 2.06 kg |
Note: The pieces should be heated gradually and should never be used at high fire power (maximum 3/4 of what the induction cooker allows). Thanks to the high temperature conductivity of copper (higher than that of iron or multilayer stainless steel) they do not require greater power. To avoid thermal contrasts and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling them.
