20 cm handle for De Buyer Mineral B iron pans with a detachable handle.
The handle can be attached and removed with one hand (by pushing the head with your thumb) and stays firmly secured to the pan. Available in various colors.
Why we like the detachable handle
- It's a great idea for storing the pan more conveniently and taking up less space. Most of us don't have a kitchen fit for a marquise.
- By removing the handle, you can put the pan in the oven, and then reattach it afterwards without the risk of burns.
