The De Buyer Perforated Baking Tray is an aluminum tray ideal for making your baked goods crispy. With ample measurements, 40 x 30 cm, it will allow you to bake anything from a batch of cookies to a pizza, an apple pie or an empanada.

Made of aluminum, it heats up very quickly. And its perforations allow the circulation of hot air, favoring cooking and achieving wonderful, perfect and very crunchy results. A tray that you will love because:

Claudia's tip: This tray is perfect for baking cookies. But always use it with a silicone mat (or parchment paper), since the dough expands when cooked and without a mat or paper, it will slip through the holes.
