The Signature Dumas Sabatier® Kitchen Knives embody the mastery of high-end French cutlery. Elegant and robust, these kitchen knives are ideal for both professional and home use. Made in France, they are fully forged from a single piece of French stainless steel, reinforced with nitrogen. They are well-balanced, durable and hard-wearing knives, with improved edge retention. The black Micarta handle gives them a very elegant and understated look.
Signature is 32 Dumas’ flagship collection. With this premium range, the brand reinvents itself, reflecting the expertise and meticulous craftsmanship of the finest French cutlery in every piece. With the beautiful finish provided by the black Micarta, these knives are the best expression of excellence from the French maker.
The 32 Dumas Signature Sabatier® kitchen knives are 100% forged, made entirely from a single block of steel and respecting the traditional manufacturing stages and final finishing of the finest pieces. A process that guarantees the steel’s homogeneous molecular structure and determines its strength and resistance to erosion, as well as the excellent balance in the hand of each knife.
The stainless steel used for Signature knives is reinforced with enriched nitrogen 4116N, resulting in a steel with greatly enhanced qualities in hardness, corrosion resistance, and initial cutting performance and edge life, with a sharpening angle of 20 degrees per side.
The knife handle is made of black Micarta, a composite material created by laminating alternating layers of linen and resin, forming a solid, waterproof block. It stands out for being extremely durable and resistant to humidity and temperature changes.
