The Ibili classic cookie cutter set is a set of cutters with which you can make classic Linzer cookies or cut all kinds of dough (e.g. decorate shortcrust pastry tarts).
This is a transparent jar with a lid containing 8 cutters of different shapes (the largest diameter is 5 cm) for making cookies. Each cutter has a flat base with a specific shape, which allows it to be fixed with a simple twist on the lid (by placing the cutter on the lid and giving it a half turn by hand), so that you can use the lid comfortably to pick up and use the cutters comfortably.
The set includes 8 cutters: a larger one with a wavy shape (to add a sweet and rustic touch to the outside of the cookies) and other smaller ones in the shape of a star, heart, clover, triangle, circle, square and diamond.
- Jar dimensions: 13 x 6 x 6 cm
- Hand washing and drying is recommended.
- Claudia's advice: As with all cutters, it is recommended that the dough to be cut is cold for a clean cut. Failing this, coat the cutter in flour before using it.
