But what really sets this low cocotte casserole apart is its condensation lid with “Chistera Drop” structure. This structure collects condensation and redistributes it evenly over the food. The results are much more tender, juicy and full of flavour.

The interior enamel of the Staub cocotte is matt black. Highly resistant and appreciated for how well it performs in slow and gentle cooking as well as at high temperatures.
