This Shallow Casserole is suitable for any heat source, including induction, and it can also be used in the oven without the lid or handles. Both the lid and the handles are ergonomic and heat-resistant to ensure a firm grip and handling without unwanted burns. 

The glass lid included lets you monitor the cooking status without having to lift it and lose cooking heat in the process. With this Shallow Casserole, no more food sticking or some ingredients ending up undercooked: it delivers perfect cooking and nothing sticks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To maintain and extend the non-stick properties of its ceramic coating, the Shallow Casserole should be heated gradually over medium-low heat with a little oil.
