Made in France, Sabatier® Provençao knives are synonymous with perfect cutting and exceptional quality . Forged from the ground up , these nitrogen-reinforced stainless steel kitchen knives stand out for their easy handling, perfect hardness and longer edge life, as well as for their elegant design with olive wood handle and stainless steel rivets.

Sabatier® Provençao knives are 100% forged , made entirely from a single block of steel, and respecting the traditional manufacturing phases and final finishes of the best pieces. A process that guarantees the homogeneous molecular structure of the steel and determines the strength and resistance to erosion, as well as the good balance in the hand of each knife.

The stainless steel of Provençao knives is reinforced with nitrogen enriched 4116N , obtaining a steel with greatly improved qualities in hardness, corrosion resistance, and initial cutting and edge life, with a sharpening angle of 12.5 degrees per side .

Sabatier® Provençao knives come in the following models:

  • Bread knife , with 20 cm serrated blade . With a slightly curved design for very efficient cutting.
  • Peeling knife , with a 10 cm blade . Ideal for peeling, cutting and chopping vegetables or fruits.
  • Chef's knife , with a 15 cm blade , for cutting, slicing and chopping all types of food.
  • Chef's knife , with a 20 cm blade , for cutting, slicing and chopping all types of food.
  • Filleting knife , with a 20 cm blade . The perfect knife for filleting and carving.
