Its wide, sharp stainless steel blade , in addition to offering a precise cut, is ideal for scooping up chopped food. The wooden handle is slightly curved to facilitate handling and allow for a very comfortable grip.
In both sizes, it is a balanced knife , ideal for daily use in the kitchen. The curvature of the handle and its three rivets, which stand out against the grain of the olive wood, give it a very elegant appearance. In both sizes the handle is made of olive wood, which is resistant to moisture and very durable. The stainless steel blade offers perfect sharpness and a very precise cut. These knives offer a great quality-price ratio.
Although their blades do not rust, they are not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher nor is it advisable to leave them to soak.
