The Le Creuset Iron Cocotte Rendonda is a piece coveted by all cooks in the world. Cooking in a cocotte will give you absolutely delicious results. More French than Asterix, Le Creuset casseroles and cocottes guarantee years of pleasure in the kitchen and at the table .

The new Evolution cocotte is the latest model from Le Creuset and includes the following improvements compared to previous models:

  • Larger handles to be able to hold and transport the iron pot from the oven to the table with greater comfort and safety even with kitchen gloves.
  • Interior vitrified more resistant to stains, wear and scratches. It is also easier to clean than traditional vitrification.
  • New lid design with better fit to retain moisture and flavor inside the cocotte.
  • More ergonomic and comfortable knob to hold.

Note : The Ocean and Chiffon Pink variants are, like the other cocottes, the new Evolution Le Creuset cocottes, but they include the phenolic knob from the factory . This knob allows you to use the cocotte up to 190 ºC. You can easily change it for the stainless steel knob or the copper knob if you are interested at any time.

What can you make in a Le Creuset cocotte?

Of everything! Round cast iron cocottes are versatile! Le Creuset cocottes are suitable for both the fire (including induction) and the oven (or the barbecue or fireplace if you wish). And in it you can do:

Por el precio que tienen he tardado en decidirme, pero estoy encantada con mi nueva cacerola. Los guisos y legumbres perfectas.
La única pega es que pesa mucho y es complicado manejarla para lavarla, pero aun así merece la pena.
