Whether gold, heart-shaped, iridescent, or in a classic and timeless black, you can choose the knob that best suits your style to give your cast iron cocotte a fresh new look.
If your cocotte has a black phenolic knob, you can use it in the oven, but you need to be mindful of the temperature. However, with the stainless steel knobs, you can safely use your cocotte in the oven at 200, 220, 250 °C, even up to 260 °C! No more limitations—whether you're roasting or baking bread, the only limit now is your creativity!

Note: Replacing the knob is very simple: using a flathead screwdriver, unscrew the black knob from the inside of the lid and replace it with the stainless steel knob in the same way.
