Muy bien, contentos

Estamos contentos con el pote, es chiquitín, como queríamos, para calentar una salsa o cecer unos huevos. Al ser alto y estrecho está muy bien para cubrir de agua algo pequeño que quieras hervir. No pega y el mango no arde, así q lo puedes agarrar sin problema después de una cocción. Estamos satisfechos con la compra.

cazo multifunción

Estaba buscando un cazo profundo y pequeño para poder hacer frituras con abundante aceite, sin arruinarme en el intento y sin malgastarlo. Antes freía las croquetas en una sartén normal. Resultado: cogen mucho aceite y no tienen una fritura igual por todos los lados. Resulta que necesitan el "deep fry". Intenté buscar con otros materiales pero al final descubrí esta olla. Diámetro perfecto, alta y con buen mango. Diseño precioso y buen fondo para distribuir y aprovechar el calor. Te olvidas de las salpicaduras de aceite. Filetes empanados perfectos. Fritura de pescado perfecta. No he llevado mucho cuidado con el tema de lo hondo que es, y sin embargo no me he quemado manipulando los fritos con dos simples tenedores. Y también la uso como olla porque tiene mucha capacidad y no me ocupa mucho sitio en la nevera. Muy contenta con ella :)
