The BRA Efficient Non-Stick Griddle is a flat grill plate that will become a great ally in your kitchen. It is suitable for all types of heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser base. It also provides excellent heat distribution, ensuring perfect cooking and browning of all your food.

This griddle is ideal if you’re looking for a lighter alternative to cast iron grills (which can be quite heavy), and it offers the great advantage of a large cooking surface. You can cook generous quantities at once or even different foods or recipes on different sides of the griddle!
