This Le Creuset round non-stick springform pan is ideal for making delicious homemade cakes, tarts, or sponge cakes. It is the classic pan with a clamp system, a very practical and simple system for unmolding. Additionally, it offers maximum non-stick performance, so with all its advantages, your cakes will not only be delicious, but you will be able to easily remove them from the pan, and they will look perfect!
It is worth noting that Le Creuset baking pans are carbon steel body pans. What does that mean? That their structure heats up a lot (nothing gets hotter than iron, the carbon steel inside), which allows for fabulous baking of doughs. You will see what incredible results you get with every bake!
- Achieve a perfect bake. It is made with thick carbon steel that offers excellent heat distribution and retention.
- Maximum non-stick. It features a PFOA-free non-stick coating for perfect food release.
