Why we love the Marcel wood-fired oven
- It recreates, in a size ideal for terraces and gardens, a traditional wood-fired oven, with all the aroma and fabulous baking that comes with it for all kinds of doughs, meats, and fish.
- You can use it with wood, pellets, or charcoal, the key is simply to light a heat source in the drawer, and the oven does the rest.
- You can adjust the heat intensity easily.
- If you use it with sawdust or pellets, you can smoke (if you use different woods each time or depending on what you're smoking, you'll get amazing and varied results every time).
- Because it's small, so well insulated, and with the heat source so close (in the same drawer), it reaches a very high temperature extremely quickly.
- Includes a refractory stone of significant thickness, which makes dough baking even more perfect.
- Easy to light, use, and maintain!
- It lets you cook a ton of different dishes with amazing results - It's the classic oven that used to be in the kitchen, but now in a size designed for today's homes!
Note: If you're interested in buying pellets intended for food use, you can use the ones we have here. If you want wood chips or sawdust for smoking, we recommend these chips from Zwilling.
