This Set consisting of 4 pastry sheets for molds is ideal for use together with the 30 cm half-round mold from De Buyer to give a beautiful, original, and always different look to your pastry creations, chocolates, and ice creams. In addition, it offers easy and perfect unmolding.
They are made of food-grade silicone suitable for refrigerator and freezer use. Not suitable for oven use.
You can also use it in other molds, from tall molds to flat molds, taking their measurements into account.
The Set includes 4 sheets of 30 x 18.5 cm with different textures:
