The Lodge frying basket is the ideal accessory for turning your cocotte, pot, saucepan or deep frying pan into a great deep fryer. This mesh basket has a practical folding handle for safe handling. Its design also includes a hook that lets you rest the basket on the rim of the pan to drain off excess oil after frying. You can fry food conveniently and very practically, without making anything else dirty.
