Solo la he utilizado tres veces pero de momento me parece bien ,hice salmón a la plancha, salchichas y pollo en salsa,no sé pego nada espero que siga así durante muchos años.
Estamos encantados con estas sartenes, teníamos ganas de cambiar a unas sartenes libres de tóxicos y nos decantamos por las sartenes cerámicas, al ser las que menos mantenimiento requerían. No se pegan nada y son fáciles de limpiar. Sin duda, las recomiendo :)

I bought 2 de buyer carbon steel pans and the way that they were shipped was absolutely not acceptable. They are extremely heavy pans and not an ounce of protection was used to protect them during the shipping. In fact one of the pans is completely scratched and the box came to my door basically in pieces.

We regret that you received the box damaged due to shipping. The boxes we use for shipping are strong enough to support the weight of the pans you purchased. We understand that the shipping company should handle them with the care they deserve, but since we believe this wasn't the case, we will forward your complaint to prevent it from happening again.
Regarding the scratches you mentioned, please note that these pans and paella pans are handmade. They are made from a sheet of iron shaped using a pressure mold, without any non-stick coating or anything similar. Underneath the iron, there is only bare iron. These marks, lines, or scratches can appear during the manufacturing process, as heavy tools are used to work the iron at high temperatures. De Buyer does not consider any marks present as defects, as they do not affect the pans' functionality.
If the marks were due to shipping, please contact us via email at tienda@claudiaandjulia.com, attaching any photos of the damage.

Los brownies se hacen rápido y muy bien. Maravillosa compra.
Fue un regalo que encantó a la persona a la que iba destinado. Tanto la taza como la cuchara son muy bonitas y originales. La taza es muy cómoda y agradable de sujetar entre las manos con un buen café caliente. Que pueda usarse en lavavajillas y microondas es genial. La presentación es muy elegante. ¡Un 10!
