Stainless steel lids are a basic and essential kitchen utensil, as they allow you to cook without splashes and avoid the risk of possible burns. They are perfect for use in the kitchen, on frying pans, saucepans, flan molds, casseroles... And to complement your paella pan when you make paella! Without a doubt, they are the perfect complement to let the rice rest for a few minutes after turning off the heat (these lids are appreciated for this because they have holes that allow the steam to escape and prevent so much water from condensing on the lid, avoiding excess moisture and preventing it from being too soupy).
They are lids made in Spain by ILSA, following a very artisanal method. They feature a knob completely insulated from heat, so you won’t burn yourself when picking them up, and they are dishwasher safe.
