If you are looking for a tall mould in which to prepare tall cakes, cheesecakes, flans, savory cakes, puddings ... you will love this mould! It is a mold removable from the base with a patented insulating system that prevents any kind of leak: it accepts both dense doughs like any other mould, as well as liquid and semi-liquid doughs. Pushpan no desmolda

No he querido escribir la reseña hasta utilzarlo un par de veces. Es correcto que soporta masas líquidas sin escapes, si pruebas con agua no se escapa. Yo le he usado para hornear un par de tartas de Santiago, o tarta de almendra. El resultado en horno es bueno. Buen horneado, calor homogéneo. Sin embargo no le doy más estrellas porque lo adquirí para no usar un papel de hornear, la tarta de Santiago se hace muy rápida y precisamente quería ahorrarme el tiempo de engrasar, cortar papeles, etc. El desmoldado lateral es perfecto. Empujas sobre una taza o un vaso y aplicando algo de presión al principio se desmolda bien. Sin embargo, el desmoldado del fondo es complicadísimo. La tarta se queda adherida. Al principio pensé que había pecado en el engrasado, y en la segunda ocasión utilicé spray y pincel de silicona, al igual que hago en los nordicware. Nada. El resultado ha sido el mismo. Tengo que forzar el desmoldado con la yema del dedo entre la silicona y la base. Se ha quedado pegado en los bordes de todas maneras. No lo hubiera comprado sabiendo este resultado.

Lo que buscaba

Buscaba un molde al que no hubiera que poner papel de horno para las preparaciones muy líquidas y éste lo cumple. Estoy encantada 😃

Por fin han llegado de nuevo los moldes y no he tardado nada en comprarlo. Mi hermana lo tiene le va fenomenal para esas recetas con masas muy líquidas. No se escapa nada y se desmolda de lujo. Como siempre otro acierto en mis compras en Claudia & Julia.
