This new De Buyer Choc B Bois frying pan combines the convenience of a non-stick pan with the unique design of traditional De Buyer iron pans. Made from forged aluminium, it is a high-quality, long-lasting frying pan.

With a robust, PFOA-free non-stick coating, it is an ideal pan for all kinds of cooking, lighter than iron pans and very easy to clean thanks to its coating.

Its design is inspired by traditional De Buyer iron pans and features a wooden handle for greater comfort and to enhance its charming rustic look.

  1. Made from cast aluminium with a next-generation non-stick coating, free from PFOA.
  2. Features a professional-grade multilayer coating, extremely durable and long-lasting.
  3. The thick base ensures even heat distribution and great resistance to warping.
  4. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
  5. Not suitable for oven use.
  6. The wooden handle is made from PEFC-certified beechwood, sourced from sustainably managed forests and protected with beeswax.

Can be used with the De Buyer glass lid.
