It is an ideal scraper for cutting cake dough, shortcrust pastry, cookies, bread... It has a comfortable grip, made of solid beech wood, and a stainless steel blade.

How to use it
- Before using the product for the first time, wash by hand with warm water and a mild soap.
- Do not immerse or wash in the dishwasher, this way you will take better care of the wood (beech wood is one of the most water-resistant woods, but the more you avoid prolonged contact with it, the better).
