With Sabatier's Seafood Tongs there will be no lobster, spider crab or lobster that will resist you. Made of stainless steel , with its 14 cm length and the original design of the handle, in the shape of crustacean tweezers, you can split the shell in a practical, simple and effortless way .
You just have to open the tongs, place the piece to start in the center, just between the two jagged parts, and close them until the lobster shell splits.

Sabatier's history
