The Le Creuset ceramic cake and quiche mould is one of the brand's flagship products in the baking area: low, with perfect, sinuous undulations and a white enamelled interior. It is an elegant mould, suitable for all occasions and a beautiful piece.
It's a robust, thick, well-finished ceramic piece, in which you can bake both sweet and savoury pies: from pies apple shortcrust pastry or flaky pies, desserts, empanadas, cereal bars or cakes and delicious quiches.

- The ceramic is resistant to the small knocks that occur in the kitchen and tolerates temperatures from -23°C to 260°C.
- Its enamelled surface does not stain or absorb odours, and is very easy to clean, even in the dishwasher.
