The Emile Henry ceramic focaccia tray is a ceramic dish very versatile, ideal for baking your focaccias, with a result as delicious as if they were made in a traditional stone oven. Its generous size, high walls, and comfortable handles make it very practical for serving directly from the oven to the table, where it will look beautiful!

It is a very functional tray, since besides focaccia or fougasse, it is perfect for baking any dish.

What can you make in the Emile Henry tray?

  • and whenever you want, bake meats with hardly any oil (Fancy some sausages?), or a whole leg of lamb (Don’t forget a good splash of rum before finishing cooking!).

Thanks to the excellent heat transmission of the refractory ceramic, which distributes heat gradually and evenly, you will bake perfect focaccias no matter how thick, with a wonderful result, a golden crust, and a soft, airy interior. Also, you can cut it without fear of damaging the ceramic.
