You'll fall in love with the elegant Le Creuset Heritage Oval Ceramic Dish with Lid . This beautiful ceramic dish has been specially designed for baking, roasting, steaming and cooking all kinds of fish and vegetables in foil , without having to wrap the food, and for using it as a roasting tray for all kinds of meat whenever you want. The design of the dish is charming, with the silhouette of a fish in relief and the golden knob on the lid . A collector's dish, perfect for taking from the oven to the table.
With a lower height than the traditional Heritage pan , the weight of the lid ensures an airtight seal, allowing greater humidity to be generated more quickly . The lid retains this moisture and the aromas of the food , providing gentle and even cooking, maintaining all the flavour . The result is juicy and very tasty, simply delicious.
Thanks to its generous size and stoneware construction , it is a perfect pan that you can use without a lid to roast , in addition to fish or vegetables, all kinds of food, from meat to pasta or dough. It is an excellent quality pan, very versatile and durable. Like all Le Creuset ceramic pieces, it is very resistant to small knocks or scratches and does not absorb odors or flavors.
NOTE: The Le Creuset Heritage Oval Ceramic Dish with Lid is not suitable for use on a direct flame or hob. To ensure its durability, thermal contrasts should be avoided.
