Smoker body (base with lid), smoking tray, drip tray, wood chips, thermometer, and tips and recipe booklet (you can download it also here).
Smoker Setup: Decide whether you want to dry or wet smoke. Place the drip tray over the wood chips. Fill the drip tray with liquid if you prefer wet smoking.
Adding Food: Place food on the smoking tray, spreading it out to allow smoke to pass through.
Begin Smoking: Place the lid on the base and adjust the ventilation to your preference. Place the smoker over the stove burner or grill over medium-low heat.
Temperature Control: Adjust the heat to maintain an internal smoker temperature of 90°C - 100°C. Start the timer when the thermometer reaches the desired temperature.
Finishing Smoking: Leave the lid closed for at least 15 minutes before opening. Use an instant thermometer to check the doneness of the food if necessary.

Smoking Meat: The smoker is ideal for smoking meat, such as ribs, chicken breasts, pulled pork, fish, and sausages. Smoking enhances the flavor of the meat and gives it a juicy, tender texture.
Smoking Poultry: You can smoke whole chicken, thighs, wings, or any part of the chicken. Smoking adds a delicious smoky flavor and keeps the meat juicy.
Smoking Fish: Smoked fish is a gourmet delight. You can smoke salmon, trout, cod, tuna or any other type of fish for a unique and delicious smoky flavor.
Smoking Vegetables: Smoked vegetables have a delicious, smoky flavor that makes them irresistible. You can smoke vegetables like eggplant, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, and more to create tasty vegetarian dishes.
Smoking Cheeses: Smoking can also be used to flavor cheeses. Soft cheeses, such as cream cheese or brie, are ideal for smoking, as they absorb smoky flavors well.
Smoking Fruit: Smoking fruits such as apples, pears, plums or peaches can give them a deliciously smoky flavor that perfectly complements their natural sweetness.
Smoked Pizza: You can use the smoker to give your homemade pizza a unique smoky flavor. Prepare your favorite pizza dough and place the toppings on top. Then, place the pizza in the smoker and let it cook until the dough is crispy and the toppings are cooked through. Smoking will add a delicious, smoky flavor to your pizza, elevating its taste to another level.
Smoked Puffs: Puffs can also be smoked to give them an extra burst of flavor. You can make puffs filled with cheese, ham, spinach, or whatever you prefer, and then place them in the smoker to cook. The smoking will add an extra layer of flavor to the puffs, making them even more delicious and tempting.
To use it, we will put a couple of tablespoons of smoking wood chips (you can find chips of different types of wood here) in the container and then the liquid tray on top. We can cook without adding any liquid to the tray or by adding a glass of water to the tray. Cooking with some liquid will allow us to obtain more tender meats and even add flavor if we use beer or add some juice or wine to the water.
Place the food on the tray, cover it and put the smoker on medium heat until it reaches 200-220ºC inside. It is very important to maintain this temperature range by adjusting both the power of the fire and opening the upper doors if we want to lower the internal temperature. Depending on the piece we are going to cook, we should leave the smoker on the heat for up to two hours, always monitoring the internal temperature for optimal cooking of the food.
