All the products offered are purchased directly from the manufacturer if they are manufactured in Spain or from their authorized importers, so they have the guarantee offered by the brand in our country (two years guarantee in accordance with Spanish legislation plus other additional guarantees that may offer own brand).

If you are not totally satisfied with this or any product purchased on our website, you can return it without a time limit. You just have to call us at + 34 902 070 031 and if you are in the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands we will send our transport company to collect it so that it does not incur any additional cost (returns from the Canary Islands will be made by post and will be paid by the customer ). The returns outside of Peninsula will be paid by the customer.
