WARRANTY

We carefully choose every product we offer on our website to meet our customers’ expectations, both in functionality and durability, so you can shop with complete confidence at Claudia & Julia. All the products offered are purchased directly from the manufacturer if made in Spain, or from their authorized importers, so they include the warranty the brand offers in our country (two years of warranty in accordance with Spanish law, plus any additional warranties the brand itself may offer).

If this or any product purchased on our website does not completely satisfy you, you can return it with no time limit. You only need to call us on 902 070 031 and, if you are on the mainland or in the Balearic Islands, we will send our carrier to collect it at no additional cost to you (returns from the Canary Islands will be made by post and will be at the customer’s expense).
