The Tiptree fruit preserves are made in Tiptree, with fruits that the Wilkin family has grown in their own fields or, in the case of fruits suited to other climates, from selected local growers.
Using fresh fruit can make all the difference to the flavor of the final product, but the quality of the fruit is the most important factor in ensuring the best jam. In the case of Tiptree jams, both requirements are met: they are always made with fresh fruit of the highest quality.
We have the following fruit preserve varieties available:
- Strawberry preserve. Made with exquisite Cambridge variety strawberries, grown in Tiptree and slowly ripened to bring out their flavor.
- Orange preserve. Made with bitter oranges from Seville. It combines the excellence of fresh fruit from southern Spain with the traditional artisanal production of Tiptree preserves.
They come in 340 grams format.
