• It is manufactured in Germany with the highest quality standards and in a sustainable manner , with up to 60% recycled aluminium. Robust and very resistant.
• It features an extraordinary Adamant ® coating , a water-based non-stick coating with silicon carbide particles, exclusive to Fissler and 100% PFOA-free. It is a smooth, pore-free coating, with greater non-stick power, extraordinary hardness and highly resistant to scratches and abrasion. • Its “Cookstar®” diffuser base, exclusive to Fissler and energy efficient . Stainless steel sandwich base , with an aluminium disc encapsulated by high-pressure pressing, which completely eliminates the air between the layers, providing greater durability and great heat utilization.
• Great energy efficiency. Cooking with this saucepan means saving with every recipe. Its base provides great energy savings, due to the rapid absorption, distribution and storage of heat . The absence of air inside the diffuser base allows for much faster, more even and efficient heating . Once the optimum cooking temperature has been reached, you can lower the heat to the minimum to cook, as the temperature is maintained. This also means lower energy consumption.
• The stainless steel lid features a condensation function and a tight seal . It fits perfectly, preventing heat loss. Its slightly concave design allows the internal steam that reaches the lid to drip onto the food , providing juicier and more tender finishes . The concavity in the centre of the lid is designed to place ice cubes and speed up and increase steam condensation , to achieve greater juiciness, flavour and aroma.
• The high-quality glass lid fits perfectly, preventing heat loss. Being made of glass, you can monitor the inside of the pan at all times, without having to lift the lid and maintaining the steam and heat of cooking, for greater energy efficiency . The results are juicier and more tender .
