The Treppo mandolin for cutting vegetables offers you a very fast cut and the most comfortable. It has two grids, designed to be able to cut into cubes or sticks, and the extra sharp knife inserts ensure effortless cutting and uniform results:
- Thinly chop raw vegetables for a healthy snack.
- Prepare the garnishes for soups and cream, making cubes of the size you prefer.
- Chop the vegetables for the filling of your lasagne and cannelloni, in a very short time.
- Try it for shredding potatoes, thick or thin, for your fries.
- It's also perfect for dicing cheeses, like feta.
In addition, it has a container into which the cut food falls, which has a large capacity, which allows you to cut large amounts of food. And the cutter comes with an extra lid for the container! Thus, you can keep the cut food in the fridge for later use, or use the container as a preservative for your recipes, while not using it as a cutter! It also comes with a brush to help you remove debris from the grid.
How does it work?
It's as easy as putting the grid according to what you want to achieve (cubes or sticks), put the vegetable or fruit on top (normally you will have cut it in half or to a suitable size to place it on top of the grid), and press the cover with a dry blow, thus obtaining a perfect result in a moment.
