How does it work?
- Place the lettuce in the basket inside the centrifuge, cover it and press the button two or three times.
- The basket will rotate, removing excess liquid.
- When you see your lettuce dry, stop the process using the small round black button on the lid.
- Uncover the salad bowl and empty the liquid into the sink.
- All that's left to do is season it and voila ! Ready to enjoy.
- If when you open it you feel that your salad is still not dry enough, repeat the steps.
