The pieces should be heated gradually and should never be used at high heat (maximum 3/4 of the induction cooktop’s power). Thanks to copper’s great thermal conductivity (higher than iron or multilayer stainless steel), higher power is not required. To avoid thermal shocks and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling. It is a precious piece, for a lifetime and induction compatible!
