La Sauté Affinity De Buyer will become an essential in your kitchen. This pan with high and straight walls, has a multi-layer construction that combines stainless steel with aluminum in 5 layers, which guarantees rapid heating and the homogeneous distribution of the temperature throughout its body.

With it you can cook, brown meat or fish, sauté vegetables or make fried eggs. Its taller and straighter walls give it a greater capacity and make it very versatile, since it is perfect for cooking like in a casserole. You can prepare sauces, stews, rice or risottos on the stove and give your recipes a final touch in the oven or gratin directly in the same sauté.

The uniform distribution of heat facilitates greater temperature control , favoring all types of cooking. From the softest to those that require a higher temperature. Thanks to its 5-layer multilayer construction throughout its body, it retains and distributes heat wonderfully, which will allow you to cook very efficiently, with homogeneous and very tasty results.

Note: To cook with the Affinity sauté pan, you must heat it gradually (never empty). It cannot exceed 3/4 of your stove's power, and if you use it for an extended period, you should lower the temperature, as it transmits a lot of heat, helping you save energy.
