The WMF stainless steel skimmer is a must in any kitchen. It is ideal both for removing foam and residue when making soups and broths or boiling different foods, as it is the ideal element for draining. And an essential when it comes to frying! Being made of stainless steel, it does not suffer any deterioration despite coming into contact with very hot oil, so this WMF slotted spoon is your ally when it comes to removing croquettes, dumplings, squid and any other usual frying from the oil. You will remove and drain in the most practical and fast way possible.
This skimmer is part of the Profi Plus series, it is made of 18/10 stainless steel and has a hook at the end that, apart from being characteristic of the Profi series, will allow you to hang it if you wish in your kitchen. A staple in any kitchen!
