The Bérard Olive Wood Perforated Spatula is a very useful kitchen utensil. With its 32 cm length and wide blade, it is ideal for stirring and turning food. Thanks to its holes, you can serve food while draining excess liquid. A great helper for use with your non-stick pans and pots.

Bérard wooden spatulas are handcrafted, so each spatula is a unique piece of craftsmanship . This may cause their length to be inaccurate, with slight variations.

Olive wood is ideal for use in the kitchen, as it has antibacterial properties and is one of the most resistant to stains and odours . It does not require special care, although it is recommended to wash it by hand and let it dry in an upright position. To keep the wood looking like new and prevent it from drying out excessively, it is advisable to occasionally apply vegetable oil.

The story of Bérard

Bérard has been making wooden utensils since 1892 in Saint-Laurent-en-Royans, between the French Alps and the Côte d'Azur. Its manufacturing process is respectful of forests and the environment.

Each piece is handcrafted using the available wood to the maximum, so no two pieces are the same. In addition, all the surplus material is used to heat both the drying chamber and the facilities themselves, leaving no wood wasted.
