Like all utensils in the Prior collection, it features a highly hygienic and wear-resistant 18/10 stainless steel handle .
With its 36.5 cm length , the Prior skimmer will make it easier for you to remove and eliminate the foam that forms when broths or liquids boil. It is also a very useful tool to remove, during cooking, all kinds of meat, bones, fish or vegetables from the liquid in which they are being cooked.
