When elegance and sophistication meet excellence in the kitchen, the Prima Matera De Buyer Copper High Stockpot with Stainless Steel Lid (Induction) comes into play. A piece of copper, an emblematic material in French gastronomy, which combines tradition and innovation, and whose design and manufacturing, partly artisanal, make it a unique instrument with which you can create your best culinary works.
A copper pot with a stainless steel lid with which you can very efficiently cook all types of stews over low heat, with results like those of the best chefs. Thanks to the great temperature conductivity of copper, fast and uniform cooking is achieved, not only in the base, but throughout the body of the pot.
Ideal for preparing party dishes such as bouillabaisse, stews of all kinds, whether meat, legumes or vegetables, creams or soups, there will be no stew that is not delicious.

De Buyer's most elegant collection is made up of unique pieces of timeless design and is distinguished by:

To avoid thermal contrasts and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling them.
