The WMF Mini Stainless Steel Pan is a small frying pan, 18 cm in diameter, with which cooking like a great chef will be easy as pie. This elegant sauté pan is made entirely of Cromargan stainless steel®, a byword for quality and durability. Thanks to its high, straight sides, even with its 18 cm diameter, it has great capacity and is perfect for your everyday recipes.

What is this pan ideal for?

As it is a small pan with high sides, it is perfect for making omelets, and of course fried eggs, as well as sauces, stir-fries or meats and vegetables on the griddle for single or double portions.

What advantages does it offer?

Its 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel construction allows you to cook at high temperatures when needed, achieving delicious results both for cooking over high heat and for gentler, more delicate settings. Its wide TransTherm® universal base ensures optimal heat distribution and retention, which means greater energy savings during cooking.

Its high, straight sides give it good capacity, making it ideal even for soupy stews or sauces. In addition, you can also use it in the oven, to give your dishes a luxurious finish or to cook any dish. And its small size makes it easy to store when you're not using it.

The stainless steel, minimalist-design handle does not get hot. It is designed to be handled safely and comfortably, while also giving it a modern, elegant look. It also has a wide pouring rim that lets you serve without dripping, keeping the kitchen clean at all times.

A pan that has everything it needs to become your best tool at the stove and in the oven, where you can use it to cook or finish your dishes and also as a great mold for sponge cakes and tarts, both sweet and savory.
