• The stamps are very easy to use: just roll the dough into small balls of about 50 or 60g and press them with the stamp until the dough overhangs the edges.
• You can sprinkle a little flour on the dough or on the stamp itself to make sure the dough doesn't stick to the stamps, although that is rarely a problem!
• Don't put them in the dishwasher, as this could damage the wood. These stamps also require practically no cleaning: the dough is extracted perfectly, and only a little oil remains from the butter or oil that they pick up when they come into contact with the dough. With a little kitchen roll you can clean them in no time at all.
