What you can cook in a pressure cooker

Here are some dishes you can prepare using a pressure cooker:

1. Stews and casseroles: Prepare a beef stew with carrots, potatoes and onions cooked with tomato and a touch of red wine, or a lentil stew with chorizo, bacon, carrots, and peppers.
