This is a saucepan that you can use on all types of cookers, including induction, and its high-quality non-stick coating ensures that nothing will stick while you cook in it. Its very thick bottom (5.3mm!) guarantees a very even and efficient distribution of heat, also maintaining the temperature for longer and allowing precise control. If you make jam or sauces that you want to control, you will see that they will come out perfectly in this saucepan.

Note: Solid+ ("Solid Plus" by Monix) is one of the brand's best ranges. Take good care of the piece and it will give you a long time of joy. Wash it carefully by hand and do not expose it to high flame temperatures, always at low and medium temperatures, and you will see that it responds fabulously well.
