With this pasta extruder, you can choose from its 6 molds to enjoy the pasta you want on any occasion:
- Spaghetti: Probably the most iconic pasta. Prepare a good portion by setting your KitchenAid mixer to speed 10.

Bucatini: Ideal with any sauce, they are very similar to spaghetti but with a hole. Your bucatini are ready by setting your mixer to speed 10.
- Rigatoni: Thanks to their ridged exterior, the sauce clings wonderfully to this pasta. At speed 6, you'll get picture-perfect rigatoni.
- Fusilli: Make tasty and colorful spirals by adding carrot or spinach to the dough. Your fusilli are ready by setting your KA between speeds 2 and 4.
- Large macaroni: One of the best pastas to pair with any tomato sauce. Get impressive macaroni at speed 6.
