The MasterClass roasting tray with smart ceramic coating is a wonderful non-stick oven dish from KitchenCraft. Its double ceramic coating revolution ensures nothing sticks and cleaning is easy and effortless. Its carbon steel core and rolled edges make it warp resistant, as well as able to reach very high temperatures (for perfect roasts!), while also being very comfortable to handle. A perfect tray for your roasts, lasagnas, vegetable or meat pies, and also for your puff pastries and cakes!
Its interior design with small raised holes allows air circulation under the food, preventing sticking to the bottom and achieving much more even and golden cooking results.
Thanks to this relief, you won’t need to grease the tray as much when preparing your richest oven dishes. And besides having a very scratch-resistant non-stick ceramic coating, it is completely free of BPA, PFOA, and PTFE.
