Laura Ashley's story
Born in 1925 in Wales, Laura Ashley was a woman ahead of her time, willing to break stereotypes and break social norms to become a famous fashion designer. His career began one day in 1953, when the idea of designing fabrics was born in his small kitchen, since he could not find anything he liked in the stores. So she and her husband started their own company. They began with the design and manufacture of decorative and printed fabrics and materials for the home, and in the 1960s they decided to also start manufacturing clothing. Today Laura Ashley is a brand recognized throughout the world for its characteristic design with its own stores where you can find all kinds of collections for the home.
