Estoy mui contente com lo horno para pizza Ariete, ès como tener um forno tradicional para pizza pero màs pequeño.

Pizza como en horno de leña

El primer día metí la pata, ya que hice la pizza demasiado grande. El segundo hice pizzas de 250 g y genial. Para no manchar el horno y pasar la pizza uso una base de tartas de metal. Se me ha manchado un poquito la piedra el primer día, pero no pasa nada. En 5 minutos hago pizzas estupendas.

Rapidísimo y útil

A mí me gusta hacer pizzas con masa de pan y todavía estoy averiguando la mejor manera de depositar la pizza cruda sobre la piedra.
Pero sirve para cocinar más cosas, no solo pizza:
Asar champiñones, tomate...
Gratinar alimentos sobre una tostada...
Es muy rápido y guarda mucho tiempo el calor.
Las pizzas salen perfectas y además resulta muy útil para no encender el horno grande para asar pequeñas raciones.

Funcionamiento sencillo pizza exquisita

Recomiendo calentarlo bien, unos 15 min antes al 4 para que la masa quede crujiente y se haga en menos de 5 min. como las mejores pizzas de Nápoles
