The operation of the mold to make basic fresh cheese is very simple:

1. Pour 3 yogurts and 750 ml of milk into the mold.
2. Mix with a spoon and put it in the microwave for about 13 minutes.
3. Once you take the container out of the microwave, you will see that the milk and yogurt have already curdled. There you have it!
4. Finally, strain it to separate the whey, put it in the mold using the same strainer and store it in the refrigerator to enjoy it when it cools.

NOTE: Don't throw away the whey you get! It is ideal as a liquid part for making cakes.
